Expert Skill Development Private Limited (ESDPL) is an emergent Training & Placement Services Organization, effectively working to build a bridge between employers and employable by developing/providing Skills to aspiring youth. ESDPL is working towards demand-driven skills training and placement programs, to alleviate poverty in rural/urban areas, and to address employability issues in both Private and Public Sectors. The Co. Team is working to meet the present challenges in education/skill development and placements with focus on verticals like education and skill development.

The youth is bundle of energy and enthusiasm, and a source of great power to the nation. Indian youth can make history wherever they go, whatever they do and whichever position they hold. BUT, what the youth of today need is guidance, inspiration and motivation. In this regard, it is pertinent to create synergies between such stakeholders of the skill ecosystem, to Coordinate and streamline multiple skill development initiatives.

Hi, I am Lakhwinder Kaur and I am a house wife. My financial condition was not so good. I always want to support my family while doing a job but I was not getting proper guidance. At one day I heard about Expert Skill Development Centre; provided Training and Placement Services. I visited the centre where counselor guided me Regarding Skill training program and placement Opportunities as per my requirement. It becomes life changing decision for me when I registered my name in Customer Care Executive course under PMKVY as suggested by Expert Skill Development Pvt. Ltd. I learned so many things like how to attend a Customer and lot of effective skills during the training programmme. I got a job immediately after the training programme in Idea Care, Sirsa. My dreams have come true. Now, I am earning a salary of Rs. 8000 pm and supporting my family in this way .

Hi I am Nisha from vill. Kalanwali Block Odhan and my family members had no other way but had to depend on daily labour. However, it was just enough to fill their stomach and there was no ray of hope of development. Then I heard about Livelihood and Enterprises Development Program (LEDP) at SIRSA As a part of the LEDP (NABARD) Programmed, here I was trained for 15 days in Stitching and Tailoring by the EXPERT SKILL DEVELOPMENT PVT. LTD. under LEDP (NABARD). As per the promise, the organizers provide the technical, financial and marketing support to establish a shop. Lady with enthusiasm and guts could yield up to Rs 5000 per month with the help of two machines. LEDP (NABARD) Program was definitely a turning point in my life for me from rather disappointing situation of my life, I am became a self-sustainable. Now, I am proud of my achievement and want to increase the production.
